Ethanol coolant leaves chips dry. They fall into a chip container beneath the table, which the operator periodically removes for disposal or recycling.

The DATRON neo arrives fully assembled. A field service technician will perform commissioning before connecting power and air. In most cases, the machine is cutting parts by the end of day one.

Yes. Training can be done at your facility. Many operators, even non-machinists, begin machining within one day, with additional training (2–3 days) available for more complex needs.

The machining area and maximum part size is 19.5″ × 16″. Parts must fit within the gantry and avoid the tool magazine area. Maximum part height is 7″.

Yes. The neo runs on 220–240V single-phase power, similar to a residential dryer. Contact DATRON for full specifications.

Any small, high-precision part made from non-ferrous materials. Examples include RF/microwave waveguides, microfluidics, and similar work requiring tight tolerances.

The Results Are In... DATRON Leads the Pack!
