Milford, NH — January 1, 2026 — DATRON Dynamics, a leading provider of high-speed CNC machining solutions, announced today that the company has officially changed its name to DATRON USA. This change reflects the company’s continued growth in North America and its formal alignment as a subsidiary of DATRON AG, the global parent company headquartered in Germany.

The name change does not impact day-to-day operations, customer relationships, contracts, or service and support. DATRON USA will continue to operate with the same team, leadership, and commitment to customer success that customers have come to expect.

Becoming a subsidiary of DATRON AG strengthens the company’s position in the North American market and provides customers with additional benefits, including closer integration with global engineering and product development, enhanced access to technology and innovation, and increased long-term stability and resources.
