Ross joined the DATRON family in February 2025, bringing with him a strong mechanical background from aviation as a certified A&P aircraft mechanic. Ross provides excellent customer support and service during his field visits all while keeping safety standards a top priority.
As a Field Service Technician, Ross is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any mechanical or software issues associated with our CNC machinery product line within our customer base.
