Malik joined the DATRON team in November 2025, bringing with him strong troubleshooting abilities developed through hands-on technical experience. During his field visits, Malik delivers outstanding customer support and service while consistently prioritizing safety standards.

As a Field Service Technician, Malik is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any mechanical or software issues associated with our CNC machinery product line within our customer base.
