Terrence joined DATRON family in March 2023, bringing with him five years of a strong background as a machinist. Terrence provides excellent customer support and service during his field visits all while keeping safety standards a top priority. With his background of being a machinist, he truly comprehends the needs of our customer requirements and can assist with making the appropriate recommendations.
As a Field Service Technician, Terrence is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any mechanical or software issues associated with our CNC machinery product line within our customer base.
