Commissioning Technician

DATRON Dynamics Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Commissioning Technician to join our growing team in Milford, NH. This is an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills to work with innovative CNC equipment and the manufacturing industry.

As a DATRON Commissioning Technician, you will be responsible for performing the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of DATRON CNC equipment. You will be responsible for managing all on-site commissioning, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks associated with our machines. Additionally, you will provide essential CNC control training to our customers, enabling them to maximize the potential of our equipment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Commission DATRON equipment on-site at the customer’s facility.
• Perform on-site and in-house basic training.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on-site and in-house on Technology Center machines.
• Manage all on-site commissioning, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service and application reports.
• Document customer-related activity, such as service or application calls into the company CRM, Salesforce.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• The ability to read schematics is a plus!

Travel Requirements:

This position will primarily operate outside of the office. You will spend most of your time on customer sites throughout the US and internationally, then return to the office between service visits. Frequent travel for multiple days at a time is required and flexibility in that regard should be expected.

$23-$25 per hour. The level of experience and skill will determine compensation.
