A Website Refresh Results in A Marketing Overhaul

Milford, NH, November 6, 2019 – DATRON Dynamics, Inc. announced the launch of its revamped and rebranded website. The site, which is built on WordPress, will retain its current web address of www.datron.com while focusing on user experience with an easy to navigate new look.

“In 2019, DATRON Dynamics took a big step forward and launched the new DATRON.COM. The site showcases our new customer-first approach and highlights our key differentiation to US manufacturing which is the DATRON WORKFLOW. The DATRON CNC milling WORKFLOW is frictionless, fast and the easiest machine on the US market today,” says John Sullivan, Director of Sales & Marketing.

The decision to rework the ten-year-old website was an obvious one, but DATRON was unsure of where to start.

“Prior to executing this project, we consulted with an outside Marketing firm for their opinion and recommendations. We were enlightened to some best practices used in today’s marketing arena, and more importantly, they helped us to recognize our site needed to be more customer centric.” says DATRON Dynamics President Bill King. Shortly after these initial meetings, DATRON realized that the manner in which the website was written also needed to be addressed. “What started out as a simple face lift, evolved into a complete rebuild of the site. We feel (the new website) communicates the value of DATRON much better, from the customer’s point of view,” says King.

Multiple members of the DATRON team were recruited to write and revise content, produce graphics and video, and for testing – all for the better. The finished product blends DATRON’s blogs, case studies, CNC machine and accessory information, tooling, and more, with bold graphics for a friendly user experience.

What do you have in your tool changer? Regardless of if you're running a conventional VMC or a high speed VMC, a Single Flute End Mill is the ideal tool for both milling machines. Take a look at a Single Flute End mill doing some shallow pocketing. http://bit.ly/2QWxDV8

If you're machining at 15,000 RPM or above, tools specifically for high speed machining are a must have. When those tools are ground from micro-grain carbide and have polished edges, you'll notice longer tool life with superior burr-free finishes. https://bit.ly/35Mg7Hq

What's adaptive clearing roughing strategy? Simply put, it's when a part is roughed into a size close to your model by removing the majority of the stock from the raw part. See adaptive clearing in action with this 12mm Double Flute End Mill. http://bit.ly/36CXMOP

Whether face milling or pocketing, roughing is that fun first stage where the chips fly. Single Flute and Stepped Double Flute End Mills contribute to optimal chip removal, increased speeds, and machining quality. http://bit.ly/36CXMOP

Long, stringy chips can be a real issue when performing tool changes and trying to keep a machine clean. A Cross Cutter tool solves this issue by adding serrations to the cutting edge, creating smaller chips.
