Mason joined the DATRON service team in 2022 and came to us with over 5 years of customer service experience. Mason is one of our “road warriors” traveling nationwide and internationally assisting our customers with their DATRON machines. Mason is a recent graduate of Keene State University; in his spare time, he enjoys working on cars with his father and DIY jobs around the house.
Mason is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any mechanical or software issues associated with our CNC machinery product line within our customer base. He also supports machine rebuilds, 24hr service hotline, and onsite service.
