Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience in B-2-B Sales, Sales Management or Sales Enablement Management, with a strong analytical focus.
Exceptional understanding of sales processes and best practices.
Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in sales enablement tools and Salesforce CRM software.
Experience reviewing terms and conditions agreements and non-disclosure agreements preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales data.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Results-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to travel on occasion.
