Sales Enablement Manager

$80,000 base + Quarterly Incentive Bonus!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven sales excellence? DATRON Dynamics Ins is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who thrives on leveraging data and analytics to boost sales performance. The ideal candidate is able to commute to our office in Milford New Hampshire, however, this role can be done fully remotely! Join us and make an impact!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Sales Enablement: Create and curate data-backed sales content, implement cutting-edge sales enablement technologies, and ensure data-driven communication between sales teams.
  • Inside Sales Team Management: Lead and mentor our Inside Sales Team using data-driven insights to enhance processes and exceed sales targets.
  • Support to RSMs: Provide data-driven support to Regional Sales Managers, assisting with administrative tasks, and analyzing sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.

What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

  • Minimum three years of experience in B-2-B Sales, Sales Management or Sales Enablement Management, with a strong analytical focus.

  • Exceptional understanding of sales processes and best practices.

  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and Salesforce CRM software.

  • Experience reviewing terms and conditions agreements and non-disclosure agreements preferred.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales data.

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Ability to travel on occasion.
