The DATRON spray head allows low- to medium-viscosity media to be sprayed onto parts.
Two cartridges are attached to the dispensing head, which can be separately pressurized. A back-pressure valve ensures that only a single spray medium is fed to the nozzle. One cartridge is filled with the spraying medium; the second with a cleaning medium to rinse out the spray head at the end of a dispensing process.
The switching process for pressurization is driven by software and is actuated by magnetic valves. To make it easy to exchange the cartridges, they are fixed with blocking rapid action hose couplings to prevent dripping.
