Process-sure material discharge from cartridges, hobbocks or tanks

Fast, efficient, process-sure – The volumetric dispensing systems from DATRON are setting new standards in the area of industrial dispensing technology, and are meeting the increasing requirements for the repeatability of position, shape and volume of the applied adhesive, sealing or casting material. Integration of the dispensing head in the path control guarantees that the applied amount has a precise volume, regardless of dispensing speed and the flow properties of the material.

All conventional 1-component seals, adhesives, casting materials, EMC shields, hotmelts or abrasive materials can be applied in a process-sure way. The material can be fed here via 30, 50 or 310 ml euro-cartridges, buckets up to 200 liter tanks. Coordinate tables 540 mm x 500 mm to 1.5 m x 2.5 m in size are available as a work area, as well as in-line-capable machine systems.
