Stored personal information is deleted when you revoke your consent to its storage, when its storage is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which they were stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. Information for billing and accounting purposes are not affected by a deletion request. Please refer to E.

If necessary, note concerning mail functions over unprotected internet data structures, indicating that no guarantee can be given for the confidentiality and integrity of data transfer. Before using the mail function, check what type of information is suitable for Internet-based transmission.
