Engraving Embossing Die with DATRON high speed CNC engraving machines featuring 60,000 RPM spindle

Engraving Embossing Dies

Designed with the industrial engraver in mind, DATRON engraving machines are your first choice for 3D engraving in brass, steel, aluminum and plastics. A solid cast steel base provides excellent vibration dampening and yields the superior surface finishes needed to produce 3D molds, stamps, and dies of the highest quality. 40,000 - 60,000 RPM spindles, a granite machining table and steel construction = superior surface finish. Additionally, our 3D Probe can help you produce awe-inspriring results. DATRON engraving machines are employed in 3D engraving applications for die and moldmaking. DATRON high speed machining centers can be equipped with the following:

Embossing Die Engraving Machines:
While all DATRON milling machines are designed for precise engraving of embossing dies and stamps, there are some differentiators that may help you to narrow your search. For example, if you are simply engraving steel with alphanumeric markings such as in name plate engraving or firearm serialization, then the M75 is not only suited to this work but also represents an affordable entré to engraving.

For intricate, high quality 3D engraving, the M7 is a step up from the M75 that can be specifically configured for your steel engraving application. The M7HP is designed for applications requiring tight tolerance, accuracy and industrial reliability. This machine is a workhorse for some of the world's top firearm manufacturers and is used to engrave both logos and serial numbers, as well as other branding and markings.

Now, if an extremely large work area is required, as is the case for batch machining embossing dies, the MLCube is a large format milling and engraving machine that is ideally suited. Batch machining and engraving of stainless steel elevator panels is another application where the 60" x 40" travel of the MLCube could be utilized.
